Henry Hotel Restoration Project
Built around 1895, and currently under renovation under a grant from the Maryland Historical Trust, the Henry Hotel is located near the Ocean City, MD Inlet parking lot and was once known as “Henry’s Colored Hotel.” The Henry Hotel served black guests during segregation and hosted entertainers such as Cab Calloway, Duke Ellington, Count Basie, and Willie Harmon.
